Affordable Housing Units in Laconia Through HOME-ARP Program

We’re excited to share that affordable housing units funded by the HOME-ARP program are now available in Laconia! If you or someone you know is experiencing housing instability, please take a moment to review the eligibility criteria and application instructions below.

Who Qualifies?To be considered for one of these units, applicants must meet at least one of the criteria listed in the HOME-ARP

Qualifying Populations (QP) Eligibility Form. Categories include:

• Individuals or families who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness

• Individuals who are fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking

• Families or individuals with extremely low incomes who are facing housing instability

• Others previously housed with temporary assistance who now require further support to avoid homelessness
